2. Eligibility

3. Products & Product Descriptions

3.1 Diamond Jewelry

We offer a curated selection of fine diamond jewelry, including rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and pendants. Our inventory includes both:

• Natural Diamonds: Mined diamonds graded and certified by internationally recognized gemological laboratories, including the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and the International Gemological Institute (IGI).

• Lab-Grown Diamonds: Diamonds created through advanced technological processes (CVD or HPHT) that replicate the chemical, physical, and optical properties of natural diamonds. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds and are also certified by GIA or IGI.

We make every effort to clearly distinguish between natural and lab-grown diamonds throughout our product listings. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions in full prior to purchase.

3.2 Loose Diamonds

We offer individual loose diamonds in a variety of shapes, cuts, carat weights, colors, and clarity grades. Loose diamonds sold through our Site are accompanied by a gemological certificate from a recognized laboratory. Certificates are non-transferable and should be retained by the purchaser.

3.3 Luxury Watches

We offer an authenticated selection of premium luxury timepieces from leading maisons, including but not limited to Rolex, Patek Philippe, Hublot, Audemars Piguet, Omega, Tag Heuer, Cartier, and other prestigious brands. All watches sold through our Site are:

• 100% authentic and sourced through authorized or verified secondary market channels

• Accompanied by original box and papers where available (noted in individual product listings)

• Subject to our authentication process prior to shipment

We are an independent retailer and are not an authorized dealer of any watch brand unless explicitly stated. Brand names mentioned on this Site are the property of their respective trademark owners.

3.4 Product Accuracy

We endeavor to present accurate descriptions, images, and specifications for all products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photography, pricing, or other content is error-free, complete, or current. Colors and finishes may appear differently on various screens. 4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice. Tax, shipping, and insurance charges will be calculated and presented at checkout.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

Applicable sales tax will be charged in accordance with the laws of the state(s) to which your order is shipped, as required by law. Tax-exempt customers must provide valid documentation prior to order completion.

4.4 Financing

Financing options are provided by third-party lenders. Approval, terms, and conditions are determined solely by the lending partner. We are not responsible for financing decisions, interest charges, or disputes arising from third-party financing arrangements.

5. Orders, Cancellations & Modifications

5.1 Order Confirmation

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. An order is accepted upon shipment or explicit written confirmation.

5.2 Custom & Special Orders

Custom-designed jewelry and special-order items may be subject to non-refundable deposits and longer production timelines. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once the design has been approved and production has commenced.

5.3 Cancellations

Cancellation requests for standard in-stock items must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement. Cancellations are not guaranteed and are subject to order status at the time of the request. Custom, engraved, or altered items cannot be cancelled once production begins.

6. Shipping & Delivery

All orders containing jewelry, loose diamonds, or luxury watches are shipped via fully insured, signature-required carriers. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon delivery and receipt of signature. We strongly recommend inspecting all packages immediately upon receipt and reporting any damage or discrepancy within 24 hours.

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes assessed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

7.1 Return Eligibility

We offer a limited return window for eligible items. To be accepted for return, items must be:

• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

• In original, unworn, and unaltered condition

• Accompanied by the original gemological certificate(s), box, papers, and all original packaging

• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom-designed or personalized jewelry (including engraved items)

• Items that have been resized, altered, or repaired by a third party

• Items returned without original certificates or documentation

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

• Special-order items

• Loose diamonds once mounted into a setting by our workshop or a third party

7.3 Refund Process

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 10–15 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a documented defect or error on our part.

7.4 Luxury Watches

All luxury watch sales are final unless the item arrives materially different from its listing description or with an undisclosed defect. Authentication concerns must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. We reserve the right to seek an independent appraisal before authorizing any return.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

We warrant that all items sold through our Site are authentic as described. We do not provide manufacturer warranties for pre-owned or secondary market luxury watches unless specifically stated.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
