The Vacheron Constantin Overseas Chronograph is among the most coveted sport watches produced by any member of the haute horlogerie triumvirate. Reference 49150/000A-9813 presents the second-generation Overseas in its most purposeful form: a 42mm brushed and polished stainless steel case with the brand's signature eight-point Maltese Cross bezel motif, cased over a deep black dial with contrasting red chronograph accents and a Base 1000 tachymetre scale.

At the heart of the watch is the in-house Calibre 1137, a self-winding column wheel chronograph movement beating at 21,600 vph with 37 jewels and a 40-hour power reserve. Anti-magnetic protection is certified to 25,000 A/m. Three subdials provide running seconds at 6 o'clock, a 30-minute counter at 3, and a 12-hour counter at 9, with a large double-window date display at 12 o'clock. Screw-down crown and pushers ensure water resistance to 150 meters. The watch is presented on its black rubber strap with a signed stainless steel deployant clasp.
